Visiting a museum on a city-trip is almost unavoidable. It’s a great way to be inspired and especially to learn about a city’s culture and history… but let’s be honest - staying in a museum for more than a couple hours and actually enjoy yourself… that’s delirious.
But…
there’s an exception to everything! Most typical museums have trouble capturing the attention of its public, especially younger generations. Yet, the “Musée de la chasse et de la nature” is an awesome family visit that I guarantee you’ll love. (At least I did!)
It’s like stepping into a whole other world! The way they present objects is so original - as though you’re walking into an old mansion and every chamber harbours a hidden secret…
Even cooler – not only do you have historical artefacts and animals (which is already pretty awesome on it’s own), but here and there, you’ll find very modern pieces of art. And to top it all off – they even have a unicorn!
